Patient experience intelligence
Robin follows up with every patient after their visit, in your practice’s name. You learn how it actually went — and the good visits become the reviews that bring the next patient in.

Two of these are the reason your review score has not moved in a year. The third is the only one that doesn’t gate.

Press the button and talk out loud. Robin answers questions about applaud from the same fact sheet our text chat reads — no script, no sales pitch, and nothing here is a recording. You will need a microphone; the session ends after three minutes.

How it works
After a visit, every patient gets a short message from your practice asking how it went. What they say comes back to you in plain words — and the ones who had a good day are invited to say so on Google.
Some patients answer a text in seconds. Others would sooner say it out loud, so a voice call follows when it helps. Nobody on your team has to chase either one.
Every reply is read in full, so you get the reason behind a rating in the patient's own words instead of a number nobody can explain.
The message comes from your practice, with your name on it. Patients are answering the people who just looked after them, which is why they answer at all.
Compliance and security
Signed before a single patient is contacted — ours to you, and down our vendor chain.
First name, phone, visit date. No charts, no diagnoses, no notes. Encrypted at rest.
STOP works in under a second, quiet hours respected in the patient’s own timezone.
The details live at HIPAA & BAA.
Integrity
Review gating — inviting only the happy patients and quietly burying the rest — is what the FTC treats as deception, and the practice carries the risk. We refused to build it. That refusal is not a limitation of the product. It is the product. Robin sends one invitation, the same one, to everyone — and the number you end up with is worth having, because it’s true.
FAQ
For every 100 patients, ~70 would review you and ~7 do. Your front desk is busy taking care of people and taking payments. The gap isn't effort — it's a system that asks every patient, every time, at the right moment.
They get the same invite (gating is against Google's review policies and we don't do it) — but their feedback also routes privately to you first, so you can fix it like the owner you are.
BAA on every account, minimum-necessary data, encrypted at rest, audited access. Compliance isn't a feature here; it's the chassis.
It connects to the systems you already run — EHR / practice-management integration or a simple API — and works off completed visits. No spreadsheets to maintain, no new software for your team to learn.
The first invites go out the day you connect. Most practices see their first posted reviews inside the first two weeks — recency is exactly what Google rewards.
There isn't one. If no review posts, no invoice exists. We only make money when Google says you earned it. No monthly fee, no setup cost, no minimum term — cancel any month.
